Before the show

Listen to Rishi Panda

Press play here, then hear him live on October 17.

All videos on YouTube

Rishi Panda is an Indian independent singer, composer, lyricist and sound designer who has built a devoted following on soulful vocals, inventive Bengali covers and original compositions — more than a million subscribers on YouTube alone.

The sound

Fusion melodies — Indian classical and folk threaded through contemporary genres, from EDM to psychedelic pop. “Kalankini Radha” sets classical roots against modern beats, and his reading of S. D. Burman’s “Rongila Rey” is among his most praised.

On screen

He has composed for digital and silver-screen projects, including the films Bishram (2021) and Robbie Er Aami (2017) — alongside an independent career begun young and grown through collaborations with independent music platforms.

Known for

Originals such as “Mon O Dile Na”, “Byathar Train” and “Hallucination”, and hugely streamed recordings of “Tomar Ghore Boshot Kore”, “Amaro Porano Jaha Chay” and “Amar Bhitoro Bahire” — all three below.

Volunteer With Us

The festival runs on member hands — kitchen, decor, stage, registration desk. Everyone is welcome.

New this year

Free & Open to Everyone

Saturday morning is on us.

Durga Puja has been celebrated in Cleveland for more than fifty years. For most of that time you needed a package to get through the door — and friends across the wider Indian community have told us, year after year, that a festival they wanted to be part of felt closed to them.

So this year NEOBA is trying something different. On Saturday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, the darshan, the anjali and the community bhog & prasad are free and open to everyone — member or not, Bengali or not, no package required.

We are trying it to see if it works. If the community comes and the day holds together, this is how we will do Saturday every year.

Please reserve your seat
A flat $2 reservation fee per person — adult or child, any age.
Advance online registration is required — there are no walk-ins.

Admission is granted only while capacity lasts, so register early.
With gratitude

Saturday’s food is sponsored by Sudip Roy and Mitu Roy. Their generosity is what lets us set the bhog and prasad before everyone who walks in, free of charge. Thank you.
