Board of Directors
পরিচালনা পর্ষদ
The Board of Directors is a harmonious blend of executive and non-executive directors, ensuring a balanced approach to governance. Directors are appointed through elections or selections, prioritizing the best interests of NEOBA and its mission. Marking a new era of democratic leadership, our first election took place in August 2025 for the role of President. Beginning in 2027, annual elections will be held on rotation alongside the Presidential election.
- Elected in August of the prior year
- Term starts from January of the current year
- Selected by the Current Year President
- Selected by the Current Year President
- Elected as next year’s President by end of August
- Joins the board in September; automatically becomes President at the start of the following year
- Elected for 2 years by rotation
- Elected for 2 years by rotation
- Retired President from the past year
- Preserves institutional wisdom and ensures seamless continuity
- A one-year cooling-off period is observed before rejoining the board or contesting future elections

The Managing Group is carefully assembled by the President, drawing from the Association’s diverse and talented membership — individuals in key leadership roles as well as coordination positions.
Open to All Members
While the leadership structure works in close collaboration with the President, all members are warmly encouraged to join the Managing Group, contributing their skills based on their availability and ability.

Our Leadership Structure
At NEOBA, we take pride in our visionary 2-tiered leadership structure, designed to foster growth, innovation, and continuity. This unique structure not only enhances decision-making processes, but also encourages diverse perspectives and collaborative approaches across the organization.
Our leadership is composed of the Board of Directors, who provide strategic guidance and oversight, and the Managing Committee — the Managing Group. This dedicated team is committed to translating visionary ideas into actionable initiatives, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry advancements while nurturing a culture of inclusivity and forward-thinking.
The Board of Directors is a harmonious blend of executive and non-executive directors, ensuring a balanced approach to governance. Directors are appointed through elections or selections, prioritizing the best interests of NEOBA and its mission.
To ensure seamless transitions and sustained momentum, the President is elected each fall and assumes the role of President-Elect until officially stepping into office at the start of the following year. The retiring President automatically transitions into the role of a non-executive director, preserving institutional wisdom and continuity.
The Managing Group is thoughtfully assembled by the President, drawing from the Association’s diverse and talented membership. While the leadership structure works in close collaboration with the President, all members are warmly encouraged to join the Managing Group, contributing their skills and efforts based on their availability and ability.

NEOBA তার দূরদর্শী দ্বি-স্তর বিশিষ্ট নেতৃত্ব কাঠামো নিয়ে গর্বিত, যা বৃদ্ধি, উদ্ভাবন এবং ধারাবাহিকতা নিশ্চিত করতে গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে। আমাদের নেতৃত্ব কাঠামো গঠিত পরিচালনা পর্ষদ এবং পরিচালনা কমিটি নিয়ে, যা পরিচালনা দল নামে পরিচিত।
পরিচালনা পর্ষদ হল কার্যনির্বাহী এবং অকার্যনির্বাহী পরিচালকদের একটি ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ সংমিশ্রণ, যা পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে সুবিন্যস্ত ও সুশৃঙ্খল পদ্ধতি নিশ্চিত করে। পরিচালকরা নির্বাচন বা মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে নিযুক্ত হন, যেখানে NEOBA-এর সর্বোত্তম স্বার্থকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হয়।
ক্রমবর্ধমান নেতৃত্ব এবং স্থায়িত্ব বজায় রাখতে, সভাপতি প্রতি বছর শরৎকালে নির্বাচিত হন এবং পরবর্তী বছর আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণের আগে সভাপতি-প্রার্থী হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সভাপতি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অকার্যনির্বাহী পরিচালক পদে নিযুক্ত হন।
পরিচালনা দল অত্যন্ত যত্নসহকারে সভাপতি দ্বারা গঠিত হয়, যেখানে সংঘের বৈচিত্র্যময় এবং প্রতিভাবান সদস্যদের মধ্য থেকে নির্বাচিত ব্যক্তিরা মূল নেতৃত্বের ভূমিকা এবং সমন্বয় পদে নিযুক্ত হন। সকল সদস্যকে পরিচালনা দলে যোগ দেওয়ার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
