The Board of Directors of the North East Ohio Bengali Association is entrusted with the highest responsibility of this organization — to uphold its founding principles, ensure its institutional integrity, and provide strategic direction in service of the Bengali community across Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.

Each member of the Board brings to their office a distinguished record of professional excellence and civic engagement. Serving without personal gain, they dedicate their time, judgment, and experience to the governance of an organization that unites over 100 member families and 75 patron families under a shared cultural identity. Their stewardship ensures that NEOBA remains a trusted institution — fiscally responsible, organizationally sound, and community-accountable.
Under the Board’s guidance, NEOBA continues to fulfill its mandate: to preserve the Bengali language, arts, and traditions for present and future generations; to foster meaningful fellowship among Bengalis settled far from their ancestral homeland; and to serve as a dignified representative of Bengali culture in the broader fabric of American civic life. The Board’s leadership is the foundation upon which this enduring mission rests.
