At NEOBA, we take pride in our visionary 2-tiered leadership structure, designed to foster growth, innovation, and continuity. This unique structure not only enhances decision-making processes, but also encourages diverse perspectives and collaborative approaches across the organization. Our leadership is composed of the Board of Directors, who provide strategic guidance and oversight, and the Managing Committee, aptly named the EPIC Team—Empowering Programs through Innovation and Collaboration. This dedicated team is committed to translating visionary ideas into actionable initiatives, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry advancements while nurturing a culture of inclusivity and forward-thinking. Together, we strive to create an environment where creativity thrives and every voice is heard, ultimately driving us toward our shared goals and aspirations.
The Board of Directors is a harmonious blend of executive and non-executive directors, ensuring a balanced approach to governance. Directors are appointed through elections or selections, prioritizing the best interests of NEOBA and its mission.
Marking a new era of democratic leadership, our first election will take place in August 2025 for the role of President. Beginning in 2027, the one of the non-executive directors will step down, ushering in annual elections for this position on rotation basis alongside the Presidential election.
To ensure seamless transitions and sustained momentum, the President is elected each fall and assumes the role of President-Elect until officially stepping into office at the start of the following year. The retiring President automatically transitions into the role of a non-executive director, preserving institutional wisdom and continuity. After serving in this capacity, a one-year cooling-off period is observed before they can rejoin the board or contest in future elections.
This robust and forward-thinking framework positions NEOBA as a beacon of collaborative leadership, ensuring long-term stability, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to its values.
The EPIC Team is thoughtfully assembled by the President, drawing from the Association’s diverse and talented membership. This team comprises individuals in key leadership roles as well as coordination positions, ensuring smooth operations and impactful initiatives.
While the leadership structure works in close collaboration with the President, all members are warmly encouraged to join the EPIC Team, contributing their skills and efforts based on their availability and ability to balance personal, professional, and community commitments.

পরিচালনা পর্ষদ হল কার্যনির্বাহী এবং অকার্যনির্বাহী পরিচালকদের একটি ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ সংমিশ্রণ, যা পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে সুবিন্যস্ত ও সুশৃঙ্খল পদ্ধতি নিশ্চিত করে। পরিচালকরা নির্বাচন বা মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে নিযুক্ত হন, যেখানে NEOBA-এর সর্বোত্তম স্বার্থকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হয়।
নেতৃত্বের একটি নতুন যুগের সূচনা করতে, আমাদের প্রথম নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে আগস্ট ২০২৫-এ, সভাপতির পদ নির্বাচনের জন্য। ২০২৭ সাল থেকে, প্রথম অকার্যনির্বাহী পরিচালক অবসর নেবেন, এবং তখন থেকে বার্ষিক নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যাতে সভাপতি এবং একজন অকার্যনির্বাহী পরিচালক নির্বাচিত হন।
ক্রমবর্ধমান নেতৃত্ব এবং স্থায়িত্ব বজায় রাখতে, সভাপতি প্রতি বছর শরৎকালে নির্বাচিত হন এবং পরবর্তী বছর আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণের আগে সভাপতি-প্রার্থী হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সভাপতি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অকার্যনির্বাহী পরিচালক পদে নিযুক্ত হন, যাতে সংস্থার অভিজ্ঞতা এবং ধারাবাহিকতা বজায় থাকে। এই পদে দায়িত্ব পালন শেষে, তারা এক বছরের বিরতি নেবেন, যার পরে তারা পুনরায় পর্ষদে যোগ দিতে বা নির্বাচনে অংশ নিতে পারবেন।

EPIC টিম অত্যন্ত যত্নসহকারে সভাপতি দ্বারা গঠিত হয়, যেখানে সংঘের বৈচিত্র্যময় এবং প্রতিভাবান সদস্যদের মধ্য থেকে নির্বাচিত ব্যক্তিরা মূল নেতৃত্বের ভূমিকা এবং সমন্বয় পদে নিযুক্ত হন, যাতে কার্যক্রম নির্বিঘ্নভাবে পরিচালিত হয় এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উদ্যোগ বাস্তবায়িত হয়।
যদিও নেতৃত্ব কাঠামো ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে সভাপতির সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করে, তবুও সকল সদস্যকে EPIC টিমে যোগ দেওয়ার জন্য উত্সাহিত করা হয়। সদস্যরা তাদের ব্যক্তিগত, পেশাগত এবং সামাজিক দায়িত্বের ভারসাম্য বজায় রেখে, তাদের ক্ষমতা ও আগ্রহের ভিত্তিতে এই টিমে অবদান রাখতে পারেন।
